What is the Estonian Gambling Act?

Age limits and player obligations
The rules are strict. For online casino games, poker, and sports betting, you must be 21 or older. For lottery games (including Bingo Loto), the minimum age is 16. Every licensed casino verifies your age through KYC before letting you withdraw. You'll typically need to submit a copy of your ID card or passport. Skip this step and your account gets suspended.
